Model-Independent Radiative Corrections to Elastic Proton-Electron Scattering

Abstract: The model-independent QED radiative corrections to the differential cross-section of elastic scattering of a proton beam on electrons at rest have been calculated. The radiative corrections caused by the emission of virtual and soft real photons in the electron vertex and the vacuum polarization correction are taken into account. Numerical estimations of these corrections have been done.
